Insalata Mediterranea (shrimp and crabmeat in a bed of crispy Romaine salad)
Mozzarella Caprese (medallions of fresh tomato with fresh mozzarella and basil)
Insalata Capricciosa (a combination of Belgium Endive, Radicchio and Arugola with Roasted peppers, olives, onions, basil and tomatoes)
Bresaola con Arugola (imported beef, cured in salt and air dried. Served with few drops of lemon juice, freshly grated parmigiano, olives and Arugula)
Pepperoni con Mozzarella (we roast the peppers on our own and then flavor them with olive oil and garlic, then serve them with fresh Mozzarella)

All of our salads are served with our house dressing which simply consists of virgin olive oil & aged balsamic vinegar . Salads are served as entrees, but they can also be shared as appetizers.

With an entree you may choose a vegetable of the day or a side of pasta with fresh tomato sauce. Ask your server about our large selection of dinner items, all of which may also be quickly prepared for lunch.

La Collina boasts a superb wine cellar with an excellent selection of imported and domestic wines in all price ranges.

Lunch is served Monday thru Friday from 11:30 PM until 2:30 PM.
